An almost perfect line, which separates the sky from the water and gives the strange impression that everything becomes flat as the gaze reaches into the distance.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eAnd yet, behind this apparent simplicity lies an immense world. Behind this line, anything is possible. The ocean can continue for thousands of kilometers, other shores can appear, islands, lands, entire continents that one can still only imagine.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThis is undoubtedly what fascinates me so much about these marine horizons and explains why they appear so often in my photographs as well as my paintings. The gaze is stopped by nothing.
