Shipping policy
Last updated: 16 September 2026.
Shipping zones and rates
The destinations served, the available delivery methods and their rates are displayed when placing the order, after the delivery address has been entered. Only the options actually offered at checkout are available for the destination concerned.
Any customs duties, import taxes or local charges applied outside the European Union are not included, unless otherwise stated at checkout, and are payable by the recipient.
Order preparation
Original artworks and reproductions are carefully packaged and may be shipped separately. Some reproductions are produced after the order is placed by a specialised provider; their preparation time may therefore differ from that of an original artwork available in the studio.
The applicable estimated lead time is indicated on the product page, when placing the order or in the order confirmation. Where no specific lead time is stated, delivery will take place without undue delay and no later than thirty days after the conclusion of the contract, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.
Tracking and delivery address
Where tracking is available, the tracking information is sent by email. The customer must carefully check their name, address and contact details before confirming the order and report any error as soon as possible to ceciletrousse@gmail.com.
Costs incurred for re-shipping due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, failure to collect the parcel or an unjustified refusal may be charged to the customer, subject to their statutory rights.
Delay, loss or damage
In the event of an abnormal delay, missing tracking information or a parcel not received, the customer must contact ceciletrousse@gmail.com with their order number so that an investigation can be opened with the carrier.
Upon receipt, the customer is invited to check the condition of the parcel and to record specific reservations with the carrier if the packaging is damaged. The customer must also promptly notify Cécile Trousse and keep the packaging and the product so that the claim can be processed. These steps do not limit the consumer's statutory guarantees.
